The 75th anniversary flagship model is designed around the theme of “time and space,” with the movement’s skeleton structure at its centre. The in-house calibre F9B82 featuring a silicon escape wheel offers a power reserve of over 72 hours and high accuracy of +10 to -4 seconds per day. Diamond-cut, mirror-finished chamfering is applied across the entirety of the three-tiered structure of overlapping circles, lending it a sharp, lustrous sheen. The movement is distinguished by meticulous finishing that enhances its beauty down to the finest detail with chamfered lapping screws, hand-applied hairline finishing and hand-inked lines, and skeleton hands and screws blue-tempered to a uniform hue through expert craftsmanship.
The 75th Anniversary's Refined Brilliance
The slim stainless steel (SUS316L) case has a diameter of 40 mm and thickness of 9.5 mm for comfort. The case and boldly contoured lugs feature a beautiful mirrored finish with Sallaz polishing. The see-through caseback is engraved with the words “Orient Star 75th Anniversary” and limited-edition serial number.
A Premium Leather Strap Showcasing Exceptional Craftsmanship
The leather strap is made of lightweight, highly durable goatskin leather that is first vegetable-tanned with natural plant-derived tannins, then finished through the traditional Japanese Chari Happo technique, hand-massaged in all directions: vertical, horizontal, and diagonal. The result is leather that is smooth to the touch while offering durability and abrasion resistance suited to long-term wear.
